Return & Refund Policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. To be eligible, products must be returned within this 30-day period. Unfortunately, after this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, products must be returned in their original condition and complete with all packaging, accessories, manuals, and related items so they can be resold by the company. If products are returned opened, heavily used, incomplete, damaged, or dirty, the company reserves the right to refuse the refund and may hold the customer responsible for any loss in product value.

Situations where refunds may be refused

  • Any item showing obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by our error

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted
  • Then contact your bank, as additional processing time may be required
